Rice Bowls are a triptych of 3D bowls made of different grain material including black rice, white rice, and farro. These were the first 3D pieces I made out of grain materials. I wanted to test the durability of the material and push the bounds of what I could do. I wanted to create vessels out of rice which could also hold rice.
